3.2 Account Suspension & Termination
xv999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
3.3 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets must be settled and all available funds withdrawn before the account is closed.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Approved payment methods for depositing funds at xv999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
xv999 offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. You must wager 15 times (15x) the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 — winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after this amount has been wagered.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
xv999 monitors for bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or any system exploitation activity. If such activity is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
5.4 VIP Program
xv999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Members can move up to higher tiers through regular active play. VIP benefits are announced separately.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet on xv999 is only considered valid once the platform confirms it and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account. If a bet fails to complete due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded.
6.2 Sports Betting
Please keep the following in mind when participating in sports betting markets:
- Cancelling a bet after it has been confirmed is generally not possible.
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, xv999 reserves the right to void that bet.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xv999 platform:
- Fraud & Manipulation: Any form of fraudulent activity, system exploitation, or attempts to influence game outcomes.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same person or attempting to claim bonuses more than once.
- Money Laundering: Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play.
- Third-Party Accounts: Using someone else's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Abusive Behavior: Threatening, insulting, or harassing other users or staff.
- Unauthorized Promotion: Running advertisements or referral schemes without xv999's permission.
Warning: Involvement in prohibited activities may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.
